Our valued client operates a modern contract bottling facility in Angaston. They are seeking an experienced customer service representative with experience in the wine service industry.

**What the role entails**:

- Liaising with clients to ensure their wine progress o bottling is scheduled within the specified quality criteria
- Being the first point of contact for clients requesting assistance from wine services and being knowledgeable regarding their queries
- Meeting with clients and hosting them on site during wine sign off activities
- Liaising with other departments within the facility
- Provide clients with frequent reports and updates
- Undertake in admin and clerical duties in relation to assisting with operations laboratory, tankfarm and winemaking departments

- High-level attention to detail and accuracy.
- Follow customer retention strategies and work collaboratively across the business
- Communicate industry intelligence to supervisor
- A positive nature and keen desire to excel in all aspects of the role.
- High level of literacy and numeracy skills

This position is full time 38 hours a week.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
