Customer Service Representative

Our valued client operates a modern contract bottling facility in the Ottoway. They are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join their production department.
**What the role entails**:
- Create Products adhering to the standard coding conventions
- Generate MOR’s (Manufacturing Order Requests) and BOM’s (Bill of Materials) accurately following customer specifications
- Raise and issue a Material Request Order for all customer supplied goods
- Process production reconciliation of dry goods, time bookings and batch tracking with attention to detail and accuracy
- Investigate and rectify any discrepancies identified prior to Invoicing
- Work collaboratively with all staff in ensuring compliance with the business direction and culture and the execution of functions in respect to Customer Service
**What you can bring to the role**:

- Self-motivation, organizational skills and solid computer skills.
- High-level attention to detail and accuracy.
- Follow customer retention strategies and work collaboratively across the business
- Communicate industry intelligence to supervisor
- A positive nature and keen desire to excel in all aspects of the role.
This position is full time 38 hours a week.
