**Project Coordinator - Wind Farm Construction - Melbourne Based - Immediate Start**

**About the Company**

**About the role**
In this head office based role role, you are reporting to the Project Director and Project Management teams, the Project Coordinator is responsible for providing all-round administrative support to the construction delivery teams team based on site. The role will require coordination with international departments as well as day to day support. Someone looking to gain experience and with a passion for renewable energy and excellent administration and people skills would fit the role perfectly.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to Project management, Commercial, Engineering, HSE & Site teams
- Track invoices and returns, undertake stock takes and ensure up to date inventory data is maintained within the system.
- Maintain Project Stock Process for Smooth Running of the projects
- Administer the construction plan on SAP.
- Maintain a good working relationship with onsite clients, vendors and subcontractors.
- Maintain HSE and Training Records.
- Maintain Site T & M Documentation and Financial Records.
- Arranging travel and other site related requirements.

- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support project based environment
- Passion for renewable energy
- Ability to Liaise with stakeholders both in country and internationally
- Management and reporting of budgetary requirements
- Experience in preparing and presenting reports
- Excellent
