**About the Role**
**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Use Salesforce to accurately record and process all customer interactions
- Be responsible for all Customer process and communication regarding:
- Service and warranty
- Product troubleshooting
- Customer order queries
- General product enquiries
- Proactively promote KitchenAid products to increase sales revenue
- Use initiative to control, manage and continually improve the quality of work in areas of responsibility.
- Adhere to and Promote KitchenAid Australia values and organizational accountabilities
**Selection Criteria**:
- Minimum 2 years customer service or sales experience
- Higher School Certificate (Year 12)
- Intermediate Google Suite skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Sales Force Experience (not essential)
