Absolute Academy is a leading educational institution dedicated to providing high-quality learning experiences for students of all ages. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VCE Biology Tutor to join our team.

*Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions for students in VCE Biology.

2. Develop and implement customized lesson plans tailored to each student's needs and learning style.

3. Assess student progress, identify areas of improvement, and adjust instruction accordingly.

4. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment, promoting student engagement and motivation.

5. Communicate regularly with parents and teachers regarding student progress.

6. Collaborate with Absolute Academy staff to develop and implement a VCE Biology curriculum.

7. Maintain accurate records of student progress and session notes.

8. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with the VCE Biology curriculum and teaching methodologies.

**Requirements**:
1. Achieved a study score of 40 or above in VCE Biology.

2. Strong knowledge of VCE Biology (Uni Biology is also preferred but is optional).

3. Past Graduate of VCE

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

5. Ability to work with diverse student populations (various learning styles and abilities).

6. Reliable, punctual, and flexible scheduling.
