**About the Role**

As a UCAT Tutor at Vanguard Coaching, you will:

- Teach and mentor students across all four UCAT subtests (VR, DM, QR, SJ)
- Break down complex reasoning patterns into clear, engaging explanations
- Provide targeted strategies to improve speed, accuracy, and confidence under pressure
- Deliver tailored lessons for individual or small-group sessions
- Motivate and inspire students to perform at their best on test day

**Requirements**:

- **Strong UCAT Performance** - Ideally 95th+ percentile, preferably a **medical student**:

- **Passion for Teaching** - Enthusiastic, patient, and driven to help others succeed
- **Excellent Communication Skills** - Able to simplify complex logic clearly and confidently
- **Reliability & Organization** - Capable of managing student progress and lesson plans
- **Experience Preferred** - Prior tutoring or mentoring experience is a plus
- **Professionalism** - Must sign NDA + non-compete; all company materials and information are confidential.
