We are seeking highly capable and motivated **Tutors** to join our professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong academic backgrounds who are passionate about education and mentorship.

Subjects:
VCE: English, Math methods, Specialist maths, Chemistry, Biology.

Must have got 40+

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver structured, engaging, and results-focused tutoring sessions for students in Years 7-12.
- Support students in preparing for SACs, exams, and other key assessments.
- Provide regular feedback to both students and parents, ensuring progress is monitored and maintained.
- Uphold the standards and values of Absolute Academy in every session.
- Help with content creation.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts effectively.
- Must have completed schooling in English to ensure a high level of written and verbal proficiency.
- Must have Completed VCE or an Australian VCE quality.
- Strong organisational skills and a professional approach to work.
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience will be highly regarded; however, comprehensive training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.95 - $80.04 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 38 per week
