We are looking for detail-oriented Pre Departure Services Consultants to join our team in helping to continue to set the benchmark in the industry. THE ROLE - based in Cheltenham, Melbourne*
Your role as a Pre Departure Services consultant is to coordinate all documents and procedures required for suppliers and passengers for upcoming tours. Your duties include, but are not limited to:

- Issuing Passenger Documentation
- Tour Rebooks
- Payment Chasers
- Health, Fitness and Mobility forms
- Confirming inventory with suppliers
- Sending manifests to suppliers
- Assisting reservations team with queries

- An understanding of the travel industry and systems is desirable

- An ability to multitask and manage various tasks simultaneously

Due to some of the responsibilities that come with this position, a hybrid model of work applies to this department. As a result, you will be required to work in our head office in Cheltenham a minimum of 3 days a week.
