The opportunity:
Our Sales Consultants, known at Fitness First as Membership Consultants (MC) are integral to the success of all our Fitness First Clubs. Our MC's help people put themselves FIRST by prioritising their health and wellness goals. We have opportunities available at Fitness First:

Membership Consultants are the key drivers in our club's success. They promote our products and live and breathe the business's core values. They proactively seek out new members to join Fitness First by highlighting why it's the best place to train and achieve their fitness goals.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

- Generate new members by actively creating leads, following them up, and converting them into new Fitness First members
- Remain actively engaged with new and existing members to seek membership referrals
- Build rapport with prospective members to identify their needs and demonstrate how the facilities and offerings at Fitness First can help them to achieve their health and fitness goals
- Work as a team to successfully exceed the membership sales targets and KPI's by providing first-class customer experiences
