We are on the search for a proactive Education Consultant to join our team, in a hybrid role.

**Your new role**:
We are on the search for someone that loves customer service and phone sales You will be responding to potential students who have expressed interest in our training courses

You must love to talk and listen, and enjoy helping people find their dream career.

You also must be computer savvy as we use a CRM to manage our accounts and sales process.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Be technically savvy with strong computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office), with an ability to learn our CRM, HubSpot. You will also need to use our LMS, aXcelerate.
- Is personable, with a friendly and confident phone manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Clear and confident phone communication skills
- The ability to multitask and prioritise
- A positive and upbeat attitude and genuine interest in helping people
- Attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
- Minimum 2-3 years sales, or RTO experience required.
- Research skills required.

**Your day to day will involve**:

- Managing leads from initial enquiry through to induction, and on to course commencements.
- Converting leads into sales reaching monthly KPI's using our CRM, HubSpot.
- Managaing all incoming student calls for Sales.
- Lead generation.

Above all, we’re looking for someone that can work unsupervised, is self-motivated and loves chatting to people over the phone.
