**About the role**

As a CFC Systems Specialist at Coles Group, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering solutions aligned with the Supply Chain IT agenda. Your expertise will guide the design and enhancement of systems to improve operational processes and supply chain efficiency. You will collaborate with software vendors to ensure accountability and compliance with contractual obligations, working closely with procurement and legal teams to mitigate risks. Leading user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing for new system changes, you will also manage training initiatives for site teams on new functionalities. Your focus on continuous improvement will involve assessing processes and identifying systemic opportunities across all areas.

Additionally, you will support event planning to ensure efficient goods flow to Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs) nationwide, while documenting requirements and facilitating technology changes across Coles' broader supply chain systems.

**About you and your skills**
- Supply Chain experience (5+ years) in Retail, FMCG
- Significant experience in retail inventory management
- Understanding of either Coles demand forecast and replenishment system preferred
- Operational experience in Replenishment systems
- Experience in influencing others & driving change
- Can work autonomously with the ability to prioritise and deliver
- Positive can-do attitude and supportive of other team members
- High attention to detail

**You'll also have**
- Retail (Store or DC) system knowledge (configuration, functionality)
- Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline
- Broad Supply Chain knowledge in Retail/FMCG.
- Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills
