**About the Role**

Design and deliver system solutions that improve the way we replenish with a focus on ensuring our platforms are optimised, scalable, and ready for what's next.

Be an SME on all things replenishment including translating complex business information into system design, leading the development, testing and roll out of changes and supporting strategic projects, pilots and capability builds

You will:

- Partner closely with Tech, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure that every change lands smoothly and delivers measurable value
- Own and manage the system change request process, from initial problem definition and business case through to successful implementation and go-live support
- Provide technical leadership ensuring replenishment design remains future-fit and aligned to automation and growth.
- Develop and maintain strong governance over system changes, version control, and documentation to ensure traceability and consistency
- Support the development and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) that protect critical system functionality during disruption.

**About you and your skills**

You will have:

- Significant Supply Chain experience preferably in Retail, FMCG
- Excellent systems skills and a passion for automation and future state technology builds
- Previous experience implementing Machine Learning solutions into systems
- Understanding of DC and Replenishment systems and DC inventory management Strong stakeholder management skills to influence technical decisions**What’s in it for you?**:
