**About the team**:
Coles Liquor team work across three leading brands (First Choice, Liquorland and Vintage Cellars), each with their own unique offering and customer base. We understand what our customers need and enjoy—and we work side-by-side with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and Strategy to deliver it.

About the role
You will Support the Supply Chain Transformation Program Manager to successfully manage initiatives across ‘Direct to Store’ (Local) and eCommerce (Ocado CFCs-Customer Fulfilment Centres) areas of supply chain. You will also manage day to day local supply, in line with current business expectations for product availability and stock-cover. Please note this will be a 10-month fixed-term contract.

You’ll also:

- Collaborate with supplier partners to improve product availability for both ‘Direct to Store’ (Local) and Ocado (CFCs) supply chain
- Manage project scope, risks, planning and quality relating to transformation initiatives across ‘Direct to Store’ (Local) and eCommerce Supply Chain
- Maintain direct to store (local) delivery schedules and operational standards including training to stakeholders on periodic basis
- Develop and manage reports on key performance initiatives (KPIs) to identify and drive improvement opportunities across end-to-end supply chain
- Establish effective stakeholder relationships with merchandise, 3PLs, stores and carriers to achieve performance measures and deliver improvement initiatives
- Liaise with supply planning and merchandise team during range review process to ensure direct to store supply chain requirements are embedded within end to end decision making

**About you and your skills**:
We’re after a highly skilled Supply Chain professional with demonstrated understanding of supply and demand planning, supply chain project management, inventory management and proficient in supply chain analytics

You’ll also need:

- Ability to understand retail replenishment systems and factors affecting product availability
- Experience in dealing with large datasets to develop processes (ability to write SQL scripts will be an advantage)
- Solid understanding of retail logistics processes and cost drivers
- Demonstrated experience of working in a fast paced, highly complex analytical environment
- Strong communication skills, catering for a variety of stakeholder levels
- Broad knowledge of retail industry and FMCG businesses
