Job Title: Social Media Manager

ANHFloors is a leading provider of high-quality flooring products and installation services. We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage ANHFloors' social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create and curate high-quality and engaging content for social media channels, including posts, images, videos, and stories.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media data and insights to track and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all marketing channels.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to increase reach and engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and customers through social media channels.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficient in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop and execute new ideas.
- Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

ANHFloors offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plan. **Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

- Campbelltown, NSW 2560: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
