- Understanding and interpreting EBA’s while being able to lead and participate in grievances, disputes and ER/IR related issues
- Advising and guiding managers with any employee matters
- Manage and assist in the end to end recruitment process from job design and evaluation to shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking. onboarding and offers of employment.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of new policies and procedures
- Work across the full employee life cycle to provide adequate support to staff and the HR team

**THE CANDIDATE**
To be successful, you must have previous HR experience. This role would be suitable for individuals looking for exposure to all HR facets in order to grow and develop in their career. You must be driven, enthusiastic and keen to learn.
