**AFTRS For Business Officer - Ongoing, Full Time (5 days per week)**

We are looking for an enthusiastic AFTRS For Business Officer to join our Business Development team.Corporate training - delivered as _AFTRS For Business_ - is paramount to AFTRS’ strategy, supporting the school’s sustainability. It is an opportunity for the School to leverage skills honed over 50 years of teaching in screen and audio, to train corporate, government, education and non-profit organisations.
This opportunity is ideal for an exceptional account manager with demonstrated experience in learning & development, training and customer service.

**About the role**:
- **As the AFTRS For Business Officer at AFTRS, you will**:_
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key corporate client accounts, as allocated by the AFTRS For Business Manager, to help drive engagement and repeat business, attain high customer satisfaction and maximise opportunity.
- Coordinate all aspects of training delivery - for both advertised courses and courses that have been customised for partners. This includes scheduling, internal stakeholder management, content production, liaising with clients, liaising with participants, and ensuring courses are delivered on time, on budget and to high customer satisfaction.
- Support the AFTRS For Business Manager to create quality pitch, quote and tender documents as required, as well as client agreements.
- Observe, assess and report on trainer performance, student engagement and client satisfaction as required. Take responsibility for ensuring processes are consistent and ensure the quality management of all course materials, collateral and case studies.
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries.
- Provide high-level support to the AFTRS For Business Manager, drafting proposals, reports, contracts, correspondence and briefs as appropriate, and monitoring, analysing and reporting on departmental budgets, expenditure and KPIs, as well as any other duties as required.
- Promote AFTRS for Business at targeted networking events and functions.
- Take responsibility for overall management of CRM systems (Salesforce), including the timely and accurate entry of data and the generation of dashboards for reporting and insights.
- Create and maintain culturally and psychologically safe learning and working environments.

**About you - you have**:
- Significant account management, business development and relationship management experience gained in a corporate B2B environment.
- Significant project management and project administration experience with office processes and systems including Salesforce CRM, budgeting, contracting, invoicing, survey tools, etc.
- Demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills, with proven experience of working with Executives at client organisations to meet KPIs.
- High-level communication skills both written and oral.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with ability to manage competing tasks to deadline.
- Ability to exercise initiative and judgement in work with team, clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively supervise the work of trainers.
- Experience in creating and maintaining culturally and psychologically safe learning and working environments.

**SALARY: AFTRS Level 6.1 - 6X1 ($82,310 - $87,078) + up to 15.4% super, and excellent benefits.**
