**Responsibilities include**:

- Participating in or leading design workshops and usability testing
- Designing journey maps and blueprints, synthesising insights, and articulating desired talent acquisition experiences that are aligned with our clients' recruitment strategies and employer brands
- Advocating for and influencing stakeholders to ensure engagement and alignment while delivering client-centric design solutions
- Using human-centered design methodologies and tools, including prototyping, service blueprinting, and research to create new and improved client experiences
- Working with front and back-end developers to transition designs to fully working products
- Using your creative and professional skills to educate and provide solutions for client issues

Your ability to produce clean and interesting work - the kind of UX that flows naturally and delights our clients, will be key.

With an appreciation and love of technology, you will be able to understand the tech that underpins the experiences you create.

We've got the tools you'll be familiar with (Figma, Adobe XD, Invision) and if you can get involved with some CSS, HTML etc., even better.

As your days will be varied, creating new UX and expanding on existing UX, it's important you have the ability to work across a range of projects. You'll fit right in if you've got some good experience working in or with agency/software development houses.

You will exhibit clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to engage with Developers, Project Leaders, and Clients are must-haves. We're looking for someone who can create connections, problem-solve and articulate design ideas in a meaningful way.

- Work alongside a large design team
