Our client prides themselves on their highly collaborative design teams, and have excelled recently, seeing continual growth. There are a number of amazing projects across a range of verticals at the moment, so they are looking to bring two fantastic designers on board

**About the role**:

- Play a key role in the conceptualisation and execution of comprehensive customer experience designs from the initial project phase to launch.
- Engagein user research methods such as interviews, contextual investigations, experimentation, polls, and metrics examination.
- Collaborate in the production of UX deliverables including scenario mapping, user pathways, information design, sketches, and interactive mockups.
- Design products that embody fundamental user experience concepts while taking into account both customer and business requirements.
- Arrange and conduct in-person and remote usability evaluations of existing and proposed designs and documenting suggestions for enhancements.
- Evaluate existing workflows using heuristic methods and providing recommendations for improvements.

**About you**:

- A thorough understanding of user-centric design
- A demonstrated capability in planning and conducting UX research
- A proven ability to validate design decisions and concepts with data and user testing
- Strong foundational UI design skills
- Experience using and contributing to a design system such as Google Material or similar
- Knowledge of mobile-first responsive design
- Experience in Service Design is a bonus
