**Company**:

They are now looking for a talented, and results-focused UX/UI Designer to work on both cutting-edge, customer-facing digital experiences as well as internally-facing systems and products that improve business processes.

**The Role**:
Collaboration is key in this role with a common goal of improving both customer and employee experience. You will partner strategically with a range of stakeholders from across the business to deliver seamless experiences for customers and employees across a range of touchpoints.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organise and facilitate UX projects to move through sketching, user flows wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and UI design.
- Use your thirst for data and analytics to bring more science to the practice of design.
- Utilise quantitative measures and set up A/B tests to understand consumer behaviour.
- Identify gaps or roadblocks, engage with the appropriate stakeholders and measure the success of your endeavours.
- Validate prototypes to test and measure your concepts prior to finalising the detailed design.
- Set up measurement frameworks to measure the success of design implementation and continually optimise.
- Collaborate across technology and business teams through handover and development of your designs and beyond.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a UX/UI Design role, ideally on a consumer-facing product.
- You have a brilliant portfolio that balances both UX with UI and visuals.
- You use user-centered design methodologies and techniques and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- You have a proactive approach and love solving problems.
- You have the confidence to seek out stakeholders or users to test your designs.
- You love variety; working on end-to-end UX to UI across both consumer-facing to internally facing products, you love anything that allows you to flex your design super-powers to solve real problems and add customer & commercial value.
