Richmond, Australia Movember Full time

**We are seeking a Learning Experience Manager (LMS) to join our Melbourne team on a 12 Month Contract.**

The Learning Experience Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the management of Movember’s new Learning Management System (LMS) and supporting the gender-responsive healthcare (GRH) team’s implementation plan. The role will directly support the GRH portfolio whilst providing ancillary support to other portfolios across Movember.

This includes:
**LMS governance, management and strategy**
- Oversee the end-to-end management of Movember’s new Learning Management System ensuring effective coordination and communication across teams.
- Guide, advise and support internal team members on best practice for utilising the LMS, in accordance with our strategic priorities and implementation principles and processes.
- Lead the process of translating course content from storyboard to final implementation in the LMS, working with product and design teams to ensure the creation of engaging, user-friendly online courses.
- Monitor and analyse LMS data to assess platform effectiveness, user engagement, and overall performance, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations.
- Support stakeholder engagement by maintaining strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment and collaboration on LMS and content development initiatives.
- Support the product managers to manage the ongoing implementation of training programs with our end users and external partners.

**Manage the quality of learning**
- Ensure all educational materials on the LMS and hub are high-quality and aligned with adult learning principles.
- Implement quality assurance processes for content development, review, feedback collection, and continuous improvement to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Ensure that content reflects gender-responsive healthcare practices and meets the diverse needs of learners, including healthcare professionals and tertiary-level students.

**Performance monitoring and analytics**
- Monitor and report on key learning metrics including course completion rates, learner engagement, assessment outcomes, and user satisfaction scores.
- Conduct regular analysis of LMS usage data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Establish baseline performance indicators for new programs and track progress against targets.
- Generate quarterly reports for stakeholders on learning program effectiveness and ROI.

**Operations and adminstration**
- Manage Movember’s Learning inbox ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Undertake LMS user management, analytics, and monitor and support the implementation of tech integrations as required.
- Work directly with the LMS vendor and relevant internal teams to diagnose and resolve issues, monitor expenditure and support the Product Manager in developing scaling plans for the platform.

**For this role, you’ll need**:

- Proven experience in designing and implementing online learning programs, with expertise in LMS platforms and instructional design.
- Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyse data and feedback to continuously improve learning programs and measure effectiveness.

**Desirable**:

- A health professional background or experience in healthcare education, public health, or working with healthcare professionals.
- Experience in developing engaging, evidence-based content for health or education settings.
- Experience creating and delivering learning content for external audiences and customers.
- Experience with the LMS platform and vendor, Skilljar.

**GOOD CAUSE**:
Working for **Movember**, you’ll help raise millions for men’s health (not for a CEO’s bonus). And all those dollars do a whole lotta good. We’ve funded cancer research. Created lifesaving medicines. And helped make cancer treatments less “one-size-fits-all”, and more specific to each patient’s needs.

We’re even calling for governments worldwide to get it together on men’s health. By meeting directly with policymakers so they change the systems that change men’s health.

**GOOD VIBES**:
The vibes aren’t just for Fridays - even though we start weekends early nine months of the year. Here, it always feels like something big’s about to happen. Be it an office-wide surprise birthday party (with cake) or an impromptu all-staff boogie.

Come the hairy season, the energy gets silly. We’re talking celebrity visits. Live stunts on-site for TV and radio. And when we hit a fundraising milestone, the office gong might even go off. And that means one thing: it’s conga time.

**GOOD CREW**:
Let’s just get this out of the way: big egos need not apply. We’re all about straight-up solid human beings out to do meaningful work. People who’ll help you reach career-best moments. And give you the freedom to get there the best way you see fit.

Hybrid remote working is the norm. And in the office, yo
