**About the Opportunity**

The Leisure Marketing team is responsible for developing and delivering the strategic marketing plan across the Leisure portfolio, driving acquisition, engagement and strengthening relationships with existing Members and customers. This includes proposition development, marketing strategy development / optimisation and Member and customer engagement/utilisation.

Reporting to the Marketing Consultant, the Marketing Coordinator is integral to the team providing support to the Marketing Manager & Marketing Consultant across RACV Resorts on key programs of work and taking the lead on a number of projects across small and medium marketing initiatives.

You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our Leisure Marketing team delivers exceptional service. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

- Develop marketing communications plans and briefs (under guidance, where appropriate and implementation across owned, earned and paid channels.
- Coordinate the production of creative and promotional offer elements, ensuring appropriate sign-off from relevant parties including product, legal and compliance sign-off through our marketing workflow tool.
- Coordinate content shoot of RACV Resorts as required
- Support Marketing Managers and Marketing Consultants in executing marketing communications including writing promotional offer copy
- Develop collateral as appropriate to support our leisure portfolio, with particular focus on RACV Resorts
- Build strong relationships with RACV resorts teams and resort managers, providing them with a central point of contact for their marketing needs.
- Support Marketing Manager and Marketing Consultant in executing certain campaign elements.
- Develop collateral as appropriate to support our leisure portfolio
- Track campaign progress and communications, continually optimise and refine (as necessary), and report performance across lead indicators on a weekly basis (across all distributors).
- Demonstrate creative excellence and generate effective outcomes across all communication mediums.
- Manage the leisure marketing inbox and brand hub approvals
- Deliver campaigns on time and on budget and ensure campaign targets are met.
- Realise tangible business improvement opportunities from campaign activity
- Support Marketing Manager and Marketing Consultant with Post Implementation Reviews.

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- 2 years+ experience in Marketing/Campaign coordination including through the line mediums
- Good understanding of consumer marketing with Leisure specialism well regarded
- Strong campaign development and execution skills with experience across a range of marketing channels
- High level of stakeholder management experience
- Displays resilience. Nimble, experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and adaptive
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Effective communicator, credible and naturally inquisitive.
- Can simplify complexity
- Travel industry experience an advantage
