**How will I help?
We have an incredible opportunity for a Associate Director, Domestic Payments Product Manager to work in our Global Transaction Services (GTS) Line of Business, within the Institutional Bank.

This is an exciting role, within our GTS Core Payments team reporting to the Team Leader, Core Payments.

You will be responsible for:

- Identifying, evaluating, documenting, and recommending product change, risks, and issues within a rapidly changing payments environment, including alignment to our GTS strategy whilst adhering to industry, legal/compliance regulations, and obligations
- Own selected initiatives, including developing and executing customer centric strategies in an efficient, safe, and sustainable manner
- Working in cross-functional, agile teams to prioritise product initiative backlogs, including defining requirements for customer use cases in payments.
- Supporting end-to-end product lifecycle management, customer, and financial performance of the product portfolio. This includes reporting and consolidating metrics to drive insights, awareness, and action; as well as develop and lead monthly / quarterly product updates and reporting.
- Engaging with stakeholders across the end-to-end value chain, including sales, implementation, service, operations, and our supporting teams in compliance, risk and legal.

**What do I need?**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Deep working knowledge of payments, cash management and the relevant transactional banking product set
- Solid experience in product management (preferably within financial services)
- Solid understanding of product/processes and the regulations affecting these products
- Proven ability to take ownership and deliver results in complex corporate / banking environments.
- Strong understanding of product economics, and ability to conduct opportunity analysis.
- Experience in developing product roadmaps, strategies and customer value propositions.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise.
- Builds effective relationships and assimilates information quickly.
- Self Leader - manages to high quality and time.
- Driven to deliver - proven ability to deliver the best possible results for the organisation; and shows determination, resourcefulness, and a sense of purpose in achieving this
