Associate Director, Product

**Job description**

As an Associate Director of Product Youfoodz, you will report to the Director of Product ANZ, you will sit between the physical and digital product teams to envision, launch and optimise products that will underpin the next stages of our growth, creating the Youfoodz product of tomorrow.

**You will**
- Work with leadership to contribute to Youfoodz subscription customer and product strategy. Drawing insights from Customers, market trends, competitors, resulting in the elaboration of the NPD roadmap, and collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve sign off on the product roadmap
- Be accountable for product performance, ie AOV and AOR for each product family (core, preferences, addons), monitored via WBR.
- Collaborate closely with our Youfoodz marketing experts to build, deliver and optimise the physical and digital product portfolio
- Collaborate closely with our Youfoodz operations experts to turn the product strategy into a detailed quarterly product roadmap
- Build business cases, including financials and tech requirements to support product development
- Drive the improvement of our Youfoodz menus, liaising with the Customer Insights, Analytics, Operations, Menu Planning and Culinary teams
- Lead complex cross-functional product implementation, bringing Finance, Marketing, Research, Operations & Tech together to make sure that ideas are well executed, provide great customer experiences and impact the bottom line
- Work closely with the global HelloFresh team to coordinate product development, market testing, online and mobile product delivery, pricing and UX

**You have/are**
- 5+ years of experience working for a strategy consultancy firm and/or in product management, development or customer strategy
- Proven experience in crafting data-driven business/ product strategy and translating into detailed roadmaps based on cross-functional inputs
- Able to influence, gather input and drive alignment among a diverse set of stakeholders. You are able to lead without authority and motivate others to deliver on longer term projects as well as day to day operations
- Well-versed with web-based consumer behaviour and UX and obsessed with Customer experience (that you balance with a strong business acumen)
- Outstanding analytical skills, a demonstrated ability to pull and interpret large amounts of data and make sound business judgement and recommendations
- Able to write succinct and compelling business proposals and recommendations
- Have strong up and downward management skills with clear communication
- Have a “roll up sleeves” attitude to entering workstreams and getting them over the line
- Proactive, ambitious, and assertive: you take ownership of your work
- Entrepreneurial and can make things happen
- Experience using HelloFresh or Youfoodz is a plus
