**Position Overview**:
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our agency's growth and success. You will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts on a significant federal government account, contributing to the agency's mission of promoting workforce diversity and inclusion.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with federal government clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.

**Strategic Recruitment**:
**Team Leadership**:

- Mentor and guide junior consultants within the agency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance recruitment processes and methodologies.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.

**Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and policies.
- Provide regular reporting on recruitment activities, performance metrics, and diversity initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a senior-level recruitment consultant, preferably within a federal government recruitment setting.
- Strong understanding of Aboriginal culture, diversity, and inclusion principles.
- Exceptional client management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals.
- Knowledge of relevant employment legislation and compliance requirements.
