**Recruitment Consultant**

Appreciating Payroll is a specialist recruitment business based in Sydney CBD focused on recruiting for payroll positions across Australia.

Due to growth, we currently have a need to hire for the position of Recruitment Consultant in Sydney CBD. We have several positions available for recruitment consultants.

This will be a full-time position with annual remuneration of between $75,000 to $100,000 (negotiable depending on experience) + superannuation on offer.

**Duties**
- Taking job briefs and writing job ads
- Liaising with hiring managers on recruitment needs
- Organising interviews externally and internally
- Shortlisting
- Filling active vacancies
- Negotiating
- Headhunting
- Business development calls
- Attending Client meetings
- Building strong and lasting relationships with clients.

**Skills and experience required**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent employment experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruitment-related role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of English literacy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
