What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in our continued success:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships – both new and existing
  • Source and attract top talent across various roles and industries
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure great candidate-client matches
  • Create compelling job ads that grab the right attention
  • Complete thorough reference checks and assist with onboarding
  • Ensure full compliance and accurate documentation
