We're looking for a motivated
**Senior Recruitment Consultant** with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a 360 consultant recruiting permanent positions who has a desire to do things a better way. In all likelihood has become tired of the unpredictability of the Contingent Model and has a desire to deliver better outcomes through Retained Search.

We are looking at targeted growth desks off the back of strong client relationships and history of deliver in - Engineering, Project Management, Business Support, HR, IT, Finance & Procurement and Executive Search.

**Desired**:

- Previous experience with local Sydney Councils, Not for profit, Defence, Federal Government and Executive Search would be advantageous
- 2+ years as a 360 Recruitment consultant recruiting permanent roles
- Business development and retained executive search experience
- A desire to do the right thing by all involved and add to the positive atmosphere in the office
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience recruiting Business Support, Engineering, IT, Finance, or HR roles would be advantageous
