**About the organisation**:
The Australian Cabinet and Furniture Association (ACFA) is a Not-For-Profit Industry Association and Registered Training Organisation. ACFA's primary role is to promote the viewpoints and interests of the furniture and furnishing related industries and to provide services to members in a broad range of areas including training, workplace relations, codes and standards.

ACFA are a supportive and close-knit team who enjoys getting together regularly for team-building activities and to celebrate milestones.

**Key Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Manage ACFA’s inbox and phone line, delivering exceptional customer service to members and students
- Entering and maintaining accurate data and documentation into the ACFA’s student management system, ensuring a high level of accuracy
- Provide administrative support to field based Trainers and Assessors
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office functions and manage office supplies
- Support the admissions team on an ad-hoc basis

**To be successful you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience in an administrative and/ or student support role
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism and liaise confidently with various clients
- A positive, can-do attitude and enjoy working in a small collaborative team
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Programs including MS Excel, experience using a learning/ student management system
- Car and license will be essential to the role as public transport is limited
