About the Role

Our Administration / Customer Service Department is an energetic and thriving environment with a constant flow of internal and external customers enquiries.

We currently have a full-time position that is servicing Borg's ancillary companies.

We are seeking an individual with skills and experience in:

  • data entry, including compiling end of month data for our customers.
  • Compile end of month invoice data.
  • finalising and submitting documents to external customers and internal departments
  • email and phone enquiries
  • creating orders and liaise with our logistics department to arrange deliveries.
  • providing administration assistance to our team.
  • Collate data relating to service management across transport and field operations for organics operations.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a pleasant and friendly phone manner
  • Motivated Self Starter
  • Intermediate skills in Excel
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment, juggling multiple priorities at any one time.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Initiative and the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Previous Waste experience would be beneficial.
