**Description**:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a proactive and motivated HR Officer to join our busy HR department based out of our Head Office in Somersby.

This position is responsible for providing generalist HR advisory support to their dedication regions within the organisation. The role will undertake a variety of operational tasks to support the employee lifecycle at SPA.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- First point of contact for employee queries
- Providing guidance to Manager s in relation to performance management and other employment relations issues
- End-to-end recruitment of permanent and casual positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference/background checking, and pre-employment medicals
- Onboarding / Induction coordination
- Working closely and building relationships with hiring managers to fully understand their goals, challenges, and the position in order to create effective recruitment campaigns and talent attractive strategies
- Maintain accurate employee records inc. electronic employee files.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual people reporting (inc. organisation charts, D&I reporting, turnover, people, and recruitment trackers).
- Assist the People and Learning Manager on a variety of HR Projects and employment relation issues

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:

- Minimum 2 years in a similar role
- HR Tertiary qualifications (or working towards)
- Strong organisational and recruitment administration skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible, collaborative, and adaptive to change
- Ability to manage time and autonomy while being receptive to the unexpected
