**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking a Training and Quality Assurance Coordinator to join HiQ, Student Services and Wellbeing, Administrative Division.

As the Training and Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of the training and service quality program for HiQ staff. The position will also be responsible for identifying issues, analysing HiQ service outcomes and making recommendations to inform continuous improvement activities.

**About the area**

HiQ sits within the Student Services and Wellbeing, Administrative Division and is responsible for being the contact point for members of the public, staff, prospective and current student enquiries and support services. Services to students and staff include general information, IT support, Library, and student administration..

**What you need to succeed**

**Selection Criteria**

1. Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of a degree with at least 4 years’ subsequent experience in a training role.

2. Demonstrated ability to accurately analyse learning and development needs to inform creation, implementation and improvement of training programs for a multi-channel service delivery area, providing effective and appropriate learning strategies to meet those needs.

3. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a high performing service team within a supportive culture.

4. Demonstrated high level verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate, deliver training, mentor/ coach, negotiate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

5. Demonstrated digital literacy skills in the use of technologies enabling digital creation and delivery of training material and service quality improvements.

6. Demonstrated high level written communication skills, complemented by the ability to review, and improve business processes, and write procedural documents.
