Your key accountabilities
**The core capability requirements for this role are**:

- Co-ordinate the development, implementation, maintenance, and review of the Policelink Quality Assurance system and process improvements. Co-ordinate and perform quality management and compliance audits across Policelink channels. Develop and evaluate policies, procedures and performance standards for Policelink and implement corrective and preventative actions to support quality service delivery and ensure best practice. Provide advice and submissions to senior management on quality management issues. Identify and coordinate administrative tasks and provide guidance to staff. Maintain effective human resource management including team supervision, staff development, training, performance and leave management. Work collaboratively with internal and external clients and stakeholders to ensure high quality systems and processes are maintained to support optimised service delivery.
