_Join a growing renovations company on the Gold Coast_
**The Role**
This role is all about keeping the office running smoothly and supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Tasks will include:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting clients.
- Scheduling appointments and managing staff calendars.
- General admin duties such as reconciling payments, checking inventory, and filing.
- Assisting with small tasks like social media posts and office organisation.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous admin experience is highly regarded.
- Experience in the construction industry will be a big advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly phone manner.
- Someone organised, reliable, and able to pick things up quickly.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed.
**Hours & Location**
- Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pm.
- Office located in Molendinar (Gold Coast).
