**Role Overview**:
Responsible for all administration activities including the efficient planning of all day-to-day activities to ensure that time frame requirements are met and all customer enquiries are addressed.

This role is part time, general hours are 9AM-1PM Monday to Friday, however this 4 hour per day schedule has flexibility for the right fit.

**Reporting to**:
Regular consultation with and direction of the Production Manager and Accounts manager.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Data Entry of projects into company database
- Actioning General phone enquiries.
- Records management & maintenance (Finance and HR only)
- Comply with all safety, quality and environmental policies and procedures
- Other duties as directed by the Production Manager and Accounts manager.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Molendinar QLD 4214: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
