Role Overview:
As a Dementia Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in delivering tailored care and support to individuals with dementia, promoting independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Personalised Care: Provide individualized support in daily activities with a focus on safety and dignity.

2. Emotional Support: Foster a supportive environment, offering companionship and understanding.

3. Communication Skills: Utilise effective communication to engage and connect with individuals with dementia.

4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and changes in behavior.

Qualifications:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or related field.
- Experience in dementia care.
- Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $32.00 - $65.00 per hour
