One of Australia’s leading dementia care providers is currently seeking a Qualified Social Worker with an interest in dementia care, to join their experienced dynamic team supporting clients in Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Social Worker with experience in a similar setting and is looking for an organisation that prides on giving opportunities to progress and develop as well offering the chance to work from home.
- This permanent role in Sydney is ideal for a Social Worker with at least 1-2 years experience and is looking for a better work life balance, support and flexible working hours with a fantastic salary.

**The ideal Social Worker will possess the following**:

- Social Work Degree
- Current, unrestricted drivers’ license
- Own or have access to a Car
- Current Registration (no restriction) with AASW
- Right to work in Australia
