About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Business Partner to work alongside the Communications, Brand, Fundraising, and broader Aged Care Sales and Marketing teams. This role predominantly focuses on the development, implementation, and tracks the brand and marketing plans to grow Baptcare’s In Home Care (IHC) services marketing, including the government-funded Home Care Package (HCP) market, the private ‘fee for service’ market and allied health services market across Victoria and Tasmania.

The role collaborates with the teams in sales, operations, and the customer enquiry centre to drive customer acquisition and referrer engagement to provide an optimal and considered customer experience that will enable achievement of targets.

**You will ideally bring the following**:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications.

Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of marketing campaigns and resources.

Ability to consult professionally and to develop marketing and engagement plans for a referral-driven business.

Excellent verbal and written communications including interpersonal, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Experience and sensitivity working within a brand strategy environment to ensure local campaign messaging and implementation which is ‘on brand’.

A passion to work within the Aged Care Sector and a strong drive to make a meaningful difference.

Demonstrated time-management experience, managing multiple projects and competing deadlines.

Proactively taking initiative, self-driven and highly organised.

Experience using CRM such as Salesforce and Mailchimp.
