**The company**:
Our client are a quality focused residential home builder who specialize in Custom homes, Knock down rebuild and unit developments.
Currently building around 350 homes per year they have forecasted impressive growth, and are looking at increasing these numbers to in excess of 500 homes in the next 3 years. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to join them on their journey.
**Reporting to the Operations Manager your responsibilities will include**:
**Your New Role**:
- Managing & maintaining construction documentation
- manage multiple files simultaneously (Pre-site & On-site)
- Providing administrative support to the construction and maintenance departments as needed
- Processing construction claims
- Managing and raising building variations & amending relevant paperwork to suit
- Managing Construction inspection reports
- Managing & obtaining onsite certificates
- Managing & preparing settlement pack
- Liaising with various internal and external departments including estimating, drafting and construction teams
- Archiving jobs once completed
- Experience working as apresite & onsite administrator or building coordinator in the residential building space.
- Knockdown rebuild and unit development experience ESSENTIAL
- High level of organisation and ability to effectively multitask.
- High level of knowledge and use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and technology in general.
- Ability to work within a team environment
