GHD Victoria’s Administration Group is seeking an **Administration **Team Leader **to lead our dynamic, skilled, respected team of Administrators into the future

You will manage the day-to-day functioning of the team, including ensuring key team objectives are met and team capability building is strong. The role will also assist in the management of team members throughout the employment lifecycle (Safety / Wellbeing, Recruitment, On-boarding, Remuneration, Performance Planning and Review and Professional Development).

**Working as part of Victoria’s administration team, this position has great variety and will see you**:

- Proactively contribute to the Administration team development, business planning and process improvement
- Provide guidance and support to the Admin Partners to maintain a standard of administration support and service to the wider business
- Provide support to Administration Services Manager where required
- Proposals - assist with bid preparation and submission, completing tender schedules, staff CVs and pen pics
- Marketing collateral - assist with capability statements, case studies, custom documents, graphics and flow charts
- Coordination of team and project meetings and other admin tasks as required

- Previous experience or readiness to manage a small team
- Proven ability to communicate, guide and problem-solve under pressure
- A motivated and positive attitude, the ability to lead by example
- Ability to mentor, support and direct team members to ensure effective and competent service delivery
- Proactiveness and assurance in working with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to develop trust and open communication with team
