**The Company**:
This company is a true market leader that has forged an excellent reputation within the automotive accessories industry and is continuing to pursue an aggressive growth plan. They are a premium quality engineering and manufacturing company with a focus on the off-road market and are looking to employ an experienced Production Manager to lead their in house manufacturing.

**The Position**:
Having recently expanded their factory, they can see lots of potential for their business by staying as a market leader and continuing to innovate. Having recently promoted their current Production Manager, we’re looking for someone that has a focus on continuous improvement to lead a group of 45, split across 5 teams to ensure that manufacturing across the line is efficient, production flows well and the team is engaged.

As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring in-house production components are manufactured and assembled to agreed lead times and specifications whilst adhering to safety, quality, environmental and budgetary requirements. In this role, you will be supported by a well-developed team and work within a management culture which is open and transparent.

**The Requirements**:
In order to be successful for this position, you will be an experienced Production Leader that has knowledge of manufacturing techniques and processes or fabrication methods. Ideally, we are looking for a professional that has at least 3 - 7+ years prior experience in leadership roles
