We are seeking a
General Manager - Manufacturing
who brings a proven background with "bespoke manufacturing" and someone who can implement systems that scale and shapes the future of their manufacturing capabilities through innovation and continuous improvement strategies.

What We're Looking For
- Lead and optimise all aspects of
manufacturing performance
across production, warehouse and quality. - Apply
systematic planning and workflow design
to lift efficiency and throughput. - Drive
structured continuous improvement
(Lean, 5S) with measurable results. - Integrate
automation, robotics and ERP/MRP systems
to advance capability. - Ensure
manufacturing budgets, cost control and profitability targets
are achieved. - Embed a
safety-first and compliance-driven culture
across all manufacturing functions. - Build
disciplined, high-performing teams
through clarity, structure and skills development. - Collaborate with engineering, projects and leadership to align
manufacturing capability with client and industry requirements.
What You Bring
- Proven senior leadership in a
complex, precision-driven manufacturing environment. - Expertise in
production planning, site mapping and systems optimisation. - Strong financial and analytical acumen with
budgeting, cost control and P&L oversight. - Applied knowledge of
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or equivalent CI methodologies. - Demonstrated success in
implementing automation, robotics and advanced systems. - Industry experience in
defence, mining, infrastructure or engineered components
is highly regarded. - A
structured, logical and detail-driven mindset
committed to accuracy and long-term success.
