We are seeking a
General Manager - Manufacturing
who brings a proven background with "bespoke manufacturing" and someone who can implement systems that scale and shapes the future of their manufacturing capabilities through innovation and continuous improvement strategies.

• Lead and optimise all aspects of
  manufacturing performance
  across production, warehouse and quality.
• Apply
  systematic planning and workflow design
  to lift efficiency and throughput.

  (Lean, 5S) with measurable results.
• Integrate
  automation, robotics and ERP/MRP systems
  to advance capability.
• Ensure
  manufacturing budgets, cost control and profitability targets
  are achieved.

  across all manufacturing functions.
• Build
  disciplined, high-performing teams
  through clarity, structure and skills development.
• Collaborate with engineering, projects and leadership to align
  manufacturing capability with client and industry requirements.

What You Bring

• Proven senior leadership in a
  complex, precision-driven manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in
  production planning, site mapping and systems optimisation.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen with
  budgeting, cost control and P&L oversight.
• Applied knowledge of
  Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or equivalent CI methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in
  implementing automation, robotics and advanced systems.
• Industry experience in
  defence, mining, infrastructure or engineered components
  is highly regarded.
• A
  structured, logical and detail-driven mindset
  committed to accuracy and long-term success.
