Westmead Private Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Midwifery Educator with suitable skills and competence to work as part of the team on our luxury maternity unit, consisting of an 8-bed birth suite, 46 bed antenatal/postnatal ward and a 14 bed special care nursery.

**Your Skills and Experience**

We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for education. You will be a positive role model, who demonstrates highly developed communication skills.

You will also hold:

- Relevant Midwifery qualifications and registration with AHPRA
- Qualification in education or willing to work towards is desirable
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in area of education and training
- Previous experience in educational design, delivery and evaluation
- Proven teaching skills in individual, small and large group settings / formal and informal settings
- Ability to drive change

**Remuneration**

A base hourly rate ranging from **$50.29** + superannuation, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW Clinical Nurse/Midwifery Educator) [FTE $97 910.80]

Westmead Private Hospital opened in October 2000 and is owned and operated by global hospital group, Ramsay Health Care. We cater for a broad range of health care needs from day surgery procedures through to highly complex surgery.

The 212 bed private hospital is co-located with Westmead Hospital and Westmead Children’s Hospital and is a teaching hospital of the Western Clinical School of the University of Sydney.

**Requirements**:
