The Opportunity

As a Leasing Transaction Coordinator at Dexus you will be responsible for all administrative tasks associated with lease transactions, approvals, and preparation. Day to day administrative duties within the Lease Transactions team. Provide support to ensure the team objectives are delivered in a timely manner.

You will make an impact by:
- Ensuring compliance with leasing workflow and deal information.- Reducing legal and compliance risk by ensuring correct and compliant documents are created, issued and returned.- Stakeholder management, engagement with internal and external stakeholders.- Manage and maintain spreadsheets across a variety of documents.- Data entry into Salesforce and other workflows.- Deal term management.- Maintaining relevant checklists and reports in relation to Lease Transactions and Leasing processes.- Conducting initial review of documents (Offers to Lease) and correspondence and updating in Salesforce for approval.- Liaising with Leasing team, Centre Management teams and Tenancy coordination teams.- Contributing to continuous process improvement across the Lease Transactions team.

About You

Degree in Business Administration or similar would be highly regarded.- Previous experience within property administration, lease administration and real estate would be preferable.- Experience with using Salesforce or similar is preferred.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to multitask and prioritise.- Strong Microsoft Office and Business System experience.
