Performance Marketing Manager
- Sydney Based
- Permanent Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our Digital Agency client. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful SEM and social advertising campaigns that drive high-quality traffic and conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute paid search campaigns across search engines (Google, Bing, etc.) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to meet business objectives and KPIs.
- Manage and optimize the performance of SEM and social campaigns on an ongoing basis, including bidding, targeting, ad copy, and landing pages to maximize ROI.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance to senior leadership and stakeholders, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and product teams, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM and social advertising, and identify new opportunities for growth and optimization.

**Key Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on SEM and social advertising - Ideally in an Agency.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making.
- Demonstrated track record of managing successful SEM and social campaigns that drive results.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
