**Restoration Manager Qualifications**:

- Must have experience/knowledge in water/fire damage restoration and mould remediation.
- Must have business management experience.
- Must have resources to find jobs.
- Must have a current open driver’s license.
- Must have excellent attention to detail.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Salary depends on your experience.
- 20% commission for up-sales.
- 10% commission for closed business deals.
- Above Award rate plus Super and Legal Entitlements.
- A vehicle can be provided for the successful applicant to travel to and from work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to lead and develop a team.
- Sound planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify areas where repairs are needed.
- Use and general maintenance of machinery.
- Preparation of daily paperwork and receipt of payments from customers.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
