Safe To Work is a small Workplace Health and Safety, Environmental Management and Quality Assurance consultancy business operating nationally.

**The Role**
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Administration Assistant to provide end-to-end administration support across a range of projects. This is a full-time role, ideally suited to someone with experience in the construction or WHS industries. Familiarity with platforms like Procore is desirable. While the role is primarily work-from-home, you must be based in the ACT to attend occasional in-person meetings.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Client Liaison
- Scheduling and maintaining business trackers
- Development of documentation for clients
- Support the completion of inspections and audits to confirm compliance and effectiveness of client management systems
- Support the implementation of electronic management and e-learning systems
- Management of the company server and client files
- Data base entry and management
- Management of the company website
- Invoicing/Accounts
**Key Selection Criteria**:
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Confident and professional phone manner with experience in customer service
- High proficiency with SharePoint, Dropbox and other cloud-based document management systems
- Experience with Apple Mac OS and Microsoft Office
- Excellent troubleshooting, client-focused communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision in a home-office environment
- Previous experience in WHS or construction administration highly desirable
