**_Where you’ll be working_**

The Cancer Institute NSW is the NSW Government’s cancer control agency, established to lessen the impact of cancer across the state.

**_ What you’ll be doing_**

You will Co-ordinate and support the implementation and delivery of the NSW Cancer Plan strategy evaluation and development of the next NSW Cancer Plan.

**Remuneration/Benefits**

In addition to base salary:

- 11.5% superannuation
- 4 weeks annual leave (plus 17.5% leave loading)
- 10 days sick leave
- 40 hours per week which include accrual of monthly Allocated Day Off (ADO) x 12 per year.

**_Essential requirements_**
- Graduate qualifications in Public Health or in a related discipline or demonstrated equivalent, relevant professional experience and training.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks and methodologies, preferably in a government context.
- Strong analytical, evaluation, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high quality reports, correspondence, briefing papers and experience writing research or evaluation reports.
- High level oral and written communication, interpersonal, consultation and stakeholder engagement skills.

**_ Pre-screening questions_**
- Please outline your experience in delivering against a monitoring and evaluation plan, including delivery of a literature review.
- Please provide an example of where you have used a combination of quantitative and qualitative data to address key evaluation questions and demonstrate impact.
