Where you’ll be working_**

The Cancer Institute NSW is the NSW Government’s cancer control agency, established to lessen the impact of cancer across the state.

What you’ll be doing_**

You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of evidence-based marketing initiatives and projects, including mass media campaigns, to drive behaviour change. To do this you will need to develop, implement and evaluate campaigns that contribute to increasing motivation to quit smoking and use available smoking cessation support services.

Essential to the role will be your demonstrated stakeholder management skills and ability to engage with external creative and media agencies, the community, key government and non-government organisations including local health districts, peak bodies and advocacy groups.

Remuneration/Benefits_**

In addition to base salary:

- 12% superannuation
- 4 weeks annual leave (plus 17.5% leave loading)
- 10 days sick leave
- 40 hours per week which include accrual of monthly Allocated Day Off (ADO) x 12 per year.

**_ Essential requirements_**
- Demonstrated experience in marketing with an understanding of planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. digital, television, radio, outdoor).
- Experience working with creative and media agencies.
- Demonstrated social media experience, including content planning, community management and media optimisation.
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, health, public health or health promotion, and/or relevant equivalent professional experience and training

- Describe an integrated campaign you have been involved in. What was the purpose of the campaign? What was your role? What were the results? And what were the key challenges to overcome?
- Please provide an example of a campaign you have managed that required engagement with a range of internal and external stakeholders. How did you manage stakeholders to ensure project outcomes were achieved? What were the key challenges?
