Are you an experienced leader looking for the opportunity to provide strategic advice, collaborate with experienced leaders and join an organisation who are embracing innovation.

Key success in this role is building strong professional relationships with stakeholders, driving team performance, and promoting engagement across the team.

This is a **permanent full-time role** with the option to work in the office 50% a fortnight. **The office is based in Sydney CBD.**

**The Role**:

- Lead a team of senior/case managers, driving best-in-market claims performance outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support and ensure a positive team culture.
- Maintain strong internal and external relationships to support and align with the business's claims strategies.
- Be passionate about continuous improvement and always look at ways to make processes and ways of working better.
- Undertake key audits and quality assurance to ensure business performance against KPIs.

**About You**
- Strong workers compensation understanding and knowledge.
- Experience in a leadership role or have had leadership secondment experience.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- People skills, a passion for working with others, and being a role model for your team and the wider business.
