We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Assistant to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoices, purchase orders, and payments.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to vendors and suppliers.

Reconcile vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and resolve any issues.

Assist in the preparation of monthly accounts payable reports and financial records.

Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and update the accounting system regularly.

Monitor and track payment due dates, ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with company policies.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper coding and authorization of expenses.

Assist with the month-end closing process and support audit preparations as required.

Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role is highly preferred.

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in processing financial transactions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
